September is quite a busy month for me. Starting Wednesday September 1, I will be teaching the New Flower & Cake Design class. On Fridays in September I will be teaching the Fondant & Gumpaste class and who could forget the upcoming Cake Competitions on September 25th!
If you are interested in competiting in either the Cake Decorating Competition and/or the King Arthur Flour Cake Tasting Competition on Septemeber 25th don't delay, register now at http://www.cnycakedecorating.com/. Space is limited and we have beefed up our prizes this year as well. We have devisions for Juniors 7-12 yrs. old, Teens 13-17 yrs. old, Adult Beginners-Adult Professionals. Everyone is welcome to attend as there will be something there for the whole family. Registration is $15.00 per person to compete in the competition(s). If you would also like to take the class being offered the total will be $85.00 to register. Our class is the Gelatin Flower and Butterfly Class with Diane Simmons from Cake Connection!
Prizes are plentiful and there is more than 1 oppertunity to win! There will be Quick Decorating Competitions and Demos throughout the day to compete in and enjoy as well as some great treats to sample that are allergy-friendly. We have movie tickets, gift certificates, decorating supplies, autographed books and even a Cricut Cake Machine we will be presenting to our Grand Prize Winner!
