This month I have a student named Katie in my Decorating Basics Class. She was kind enough to send me some of her photos of the cakes she has made for her son. I am highlighting this students cakes this month. I love her creativity in each of these cakes. Don't be afraid to try and carve a cake even if you have had no formal training.
