I just finished an amazing class on making gumpaste tulips and poppies. Pamela Gotjen our instructor, works at AC Moore in Dewitt teaching Wilton Cake Decorating classes. She has an extensive background in cake decorating amounting to nearly 50 years of training and teaching. I wanted to share a couple of photographs of my finished pieces from the class. I made a pink tulip and a red corn poppy flower with a bud and baby poppy as well. I will be offering these classes in the future, so keep watching the class schedule for details!

I love the poppy. What type of cutter did you use to make it?
