Here is a cake that I made yesterday. It was a thank you for the men at my husband's work. I made a cake recipe that I found on allrecipes.com called Black Chocolate Cake. It is a dark somewhat bitter tasting chocolate cake but when paired with Wilton's recipe for dark chocolate buttercream it is fabulous. The dark chocolate buttercream is sweeter than I expected. It tastes more like a milk or semisweet chocolate icing. It is very rich so a little goes a long way. The cake was made in 2 6" oval pans from the Course 2 kit. It's a perfect size for 4 or 5 people.
